Return and Refund Policy

  • Delivery Policy: Upon successful payment, you will receive instant access to download your PDF e-books or access your courses. For physical products (if applicable), standard delivery is 5 days inside Dhaka and 10 days outside Dhaka.

  • Refunds: We offer a 24-hour refund window. You may request a full refund within 24 hours of your purchase; please simply let us know the reason for your request when you contact us. After 24 hours, because our products are digital, we do not offer refunds once an e-book has been downloaded or a course has been accessed. Please review descriptions and samples carefully before buying.

  • Exceptions: If a duplicate payment occurs or management approves a special case, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order if the download link or course access has not yet been provided or initiated.
